Niyi Okuboyejo

My name is Niyi Okuboyejo, and I harness the power of storytelling to construct strong brands through creative direction, fashion design, and product development.

I am the founder of Post-Imperial, a cultural brand designed through artisanal craftsmanship with a history of distribution in over 200 retail locations worldwide, including Bergdorf Goodman, Mr. Porter, and Matches Fashion. The brand has been featured on the cover of GQ and in publications such as the New York Times, Vogue, Highsnobiety, Hypebeast, WWD, and others.

I have worked on creative projects with various companies such as Oscar de la Renta, WhatsApp, Engineered Garments, and BMW/MINI.

I studied Marketing at the University of Houston and Fashion Design at Parsons the New School for Design, where I am now a design professor.
