After a life spent in Greece and a career spent in the US, global basketball star Giannis Antetokounmpo returns to his roots in Nigeria to discover where his story started. Here, he reconnects with his family, his heritage, and himself like never before.
I was instrumental in developing the technical, creative, and narrative concepts for marketing materials. Additionally, I led the development of an outline deck that shaped the creative direction and strategy for the documentary. I also oversaw the production and logistics of all collaborative products from conception to creation.
Arewa Motif
The Arewa Knot is a motif applied to royal garments in Nigeria. It represents “Unity through diversity”
Aso Ebi
The Arewa motif was designed as an "Aso Ebi"- a family cloth worn for special events passed down as an heirloom.
